Plaintiff, Richard Anthony Calice, Jr. (“Husband”), by and through his attorneys, F. Kirk Kolodner and Carol G. Cooper of the law firm of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC, respectfully represents unto this Honorable Court:
The parties were married on the 6th day of August, 2005, by a civil ceremony in Charlevoix, Michigan.
Husband has been a resident of the State of Maryland for more than one (1) year prior to the filing of this Amended Complaint.
Two (2) children were born as a result of this marriage, namely, Rocco Jefferson Calice, born October 27, 2006, and Amelia Jayne Calice, born April 25, 2008 (collectively “the Children”). Rocco will be 6 years old on October 27, 2012, and Amelia will be 5 years old on April 15, 2013.
